Rights to Use Trademarks & Other Intellectual Property: By ordering custom-decorated merchandise from DesignZ by Destiny, LLC, you represent and warrant to DesignZ by Destiny, LLC that you have the unrestricted right and authority to use, copy, and/or distribute each copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, statement, portrait, graphics, artwork, photograph, picture, or illustration of any person or any other intellectual property in the way it is applied to your merchandise. Purchase of merchandise from DesignZ by Destiny, LLC does not permit the customer to reproduce logos, nor does it transfer, grant, or lease ownership of any logos or trademarks to a customer. By submitting an order using any trademarked material (TM), you represent and warrant that you have written permission from the registered owner of the (TM), or are an authorized agent or affiliate of the registered owner of the (TM). Your requested use of the (TM) does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of another. No logo or any other (TM) can be used in a manner that may infringe upon copyright laws. A customer may not use any logo or (TM) in a vulgar, illegal, and/or unlawful manner. DesignZ by Destiny, LLC assumes no responsibility for damages or any wrongdoing that the purchaser may cause using a logo or (TM). DesignZ by Destiny, LLC shall not be held liable for the unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of any logo or (TM) that is applied to merchandise purchased through its website. DesignZ by Destiny, LLC will also not accept responsibility or liability for the actions of clients who have misrepresented their ownership of licenses or trademarks (TM). DesignZ by Destiny, LLC reserves the right to refuse orders from any customer who has violated or otherwise infringed upon the intellectual rights of others.

Cancellations: A cancellation request can be made within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us at info@designzbydestiny.com.

Returns: Because merchandise is customized and made-to-order, returns cannot be accepted for a refund, unless it is received damaged or defective. but can be exchanged for the same or similar item free of damage or defect. We inspect every item before it is given to you. If an item is received damaged or defective, a picture of the item must be sent to info@designzbydestiny.com and the original item must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. A return label will be provided.

Exchanges: Please check all options before ordering! We do offer exchanges if the item you purchased is not the correct item or design received. Exchange requests will not be accepted after 30 days. Shipping is at the customer's expense if you are exchanging by choice and not at the fault of DesignZ by Destiny.

Shipping Info: Our current turnaround time (how long until your package is shipped) is estimated at 1-2 weeks. Economy shipping is estimated at 5-8 days and Standard shippung is estimated at 3-5 days after it is shipped. Shipping includes tracking. We will only accept rush orders if we have prior notice and rush fees will be charged. NOTE: Our items are "made-to-order" and may require materials and supplies to be obtained before production. Please consider this when ordering and email us at info@designzbydestiny.com before ordering if you have any questions.

If you are not happy with your order, please contact us at info@designzbydestiny.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We will respond as quickly as possible. We put a lot of time and effort into each order and hope you love your purchase just as much as we love making it for you.
