CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Cancellations: A request for cancellation can be made within 24 hours of purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us at designzbydestiny@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We will respond as quickly as possible. We put a lot of time into each order and hope you love your purchase.
Returns: Because of the nature of this item, unless it arrives damaged or defective, returns cannot be accepted for a refund, but can be exchanged for an item free of damage or defect. We inspect every item before it is sent to you. If an item arrives damaged or defective, a picture of item must be sent to designzbydestiny@gmail.com and the original item must be shipped within 30 days of delivery at the customer's expense.
Exchanges: Please check the size chart before ordering! Shirts of different brands fit differently. We do offer exchanges if the item you purchased does not fit (item needs to be in the same condition it was when it was shipped.) Exchange requests will no longer be accepted after 30 days. Shipping is at the customer's expense.
SHIPPING INFO
Our current turnaround time (how long until your package is shipped) is about 1-2 weeks. Your order will arrive about 3-5 days after it is shipped. Shipping includes tracking. We can’t accept rush orders unless we have prior notice. NOTE: Our shirts are "made to order."
