Cancellations: A request for cancellation can be made within 24 hours of purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us at designzbydestiny@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We will respond as quickly as possible. We put a lot of time into each order and hope you love your purchase.

Returns: Because items are customized, unless it arrives damaged or defective, returns cannot be accepted for a refund, but can be exchanged for the same or similar item free of damage or defect. We inspect every item before it is sent to you. If an item arrives damaged or defective, a picture of the item must be sent to designzbydestiny@gmail.com and the original item must be shipped within 30 days of delivery at the customer's expense.

Exchanges: Please check all options before ordering! We do offer exchanges if the item you purchased is not the correct item or design received. Exchange requests will not be accepted after 30 days. Shipping is at the customer's expense if you are making an exchange by choice and not at the fault of DesignZ by Destiny.
